Heat to 350°F. Coat 11-in. fluted tart pan with removable bottom with nonstick spray. Crust: Process sugar & walnuts in a food processor until nuts are finely ground. Add flour, cocoa & salt; pulse to blend. Add butter; pulse just until mixture comes together when pressed between your fingers. Scatter crumbs evenly over bottom of pan. Top with plastic wrap. Using bottom of a small measuring cup, press crumbs evenly over bottom and up sides of pan. Remove wrap. Prick dough all over with a floured fork. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until crust looks dry & slightly puffed. Let cool on a wire rack while making Filling. Filling: Stir chocolate & butter in a saucepan over low heat until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; whisk in eggs & sugar until well blended. Whisk in vanilla. Pour into warm crust. Bake 12-15 minutes until filling is set around edges but still slightly jiggly in center. Transfer to a wire rack to cool, at least 1 1/2 hours. To serve: Remove pan rim. Lightly dust tart with cocoa. Heat to 225°F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Line with wax paper; spray paper. Invert a 9-in. round cake pan or plate in middle of paper & draw outline of pan using a toothpick. Shell: Beat egg whites in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed until foamy. Add cream of tartar & salt; increase speed to medium-high & beat just until whites form soft peaks when beaters are lifted. Beat in sugar, about 1 Tbsp at a time, beating just until stiff glossy peaks form when beaters are lifted. Spread meringue with a rubber spatula in outlined circle, scooping sides up to form a rim about 11/2 in. high. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes until meringue is dry to the touch. Turn oven off; leave meringue in oven 2 hours. Peel off paper. Filling: Heat chocolate & water in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts & mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Whisk in vanilla. Transfer to a large bowl. Beat cream in a large deep bowl with mixer on medium-high speed just until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted. Fold about 1/3 of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until blended. Fold in remaining cream in 2 additions. Transfer filling to shell; smooth top with a rubber spatula. Chill until ready to serve. To serve: Arrange berries on filling. Dust with confectioners' sugar or cocoa.
