Meet Sandra Kay, children's advocate and author, currently living in Germany. Sandra has been working with sick children for the last 12 years (in hospitals and crisis areas etc ). Sandra is currently publishing a children's book called "ANGELina - Don't be afraid of the Dark," where a portion of the sales will go to Congenital Heart Defect Research. Sandra's mission and passion is to spread awareness to the public about CHD in babies because the media really doesn't help.

ANGELina's character is a guardian angel who helps Sandra get the word out about CHD. Sandra recently created a petition for Media Awareness through her page: www.myspace.com/angelinasfriends and her goal is to collect at least 50.000 signatures by the end of this year. Sandra is also creating US state pages to help raise awareness in each state.
