MamasTimeOut(C), after over a week of house problems and repairs, we are
finally on the road to restoration. The house is getting restored from our
plumbing disaster and soon we will have new tile in our bedroom as well! So
there is some good out of the bad.

Although we didn't have plans to remodel, we have been happy about the new look
our house will have in some rooms, thanks to insurance coverage. At the same
time it has been rough for all of us having our walls and ceilings filled with
holes, contractors and apprentices running around and living out of cardboard
boxes in our bedroom. The baby points to all the holes as if to say, "what
happened?" Thankfully we should be back to normal again by the end of the week,
but at least the repairs are done to our plumbing. God forbid you or anyone you
know has to go through anything like this. It has not been a fun experience,
but a definite learning experience. We had our share of problems with an

I feel so out of touch lately so thought I'd send out a note to everyone,
including my mailing list. If you have not heard, or were wondering why you
haven't heard from me lately, I wanted to touch base with all the wonderful
guests and friends we have had on MamasTimeOut(C) the past few months and thank
you again for all your support and friendship. I hope you are all doing well
and life is treating you well!

My life has been in turmoil around here lately after a plumbing pipe burst last
week in our house. Thankfully the plumbing lines have been replaced now,
however we are still trying to find a good contractor to complete the drywall
work and restoration to get our house looking like it should again after the
plumbers had to place holes in most of our walls and ceilings :( As previously

Sandra has been working with sick children for the last 12 years (in hospitals
and crisis areas etc ). Sandra is currently publishing a children's book called
"ANGELina - Don't be afraid of the Dark," where a portion of the sales will go
to Congenital Heart Defect Research. Sandra's mission and passion is to spread
awareness to the public about CHD in babies because the media really doesn't
help.

ANGELina's character is a guardian angel who helps Sandra get the word out
about CHD. Sandra recently created a petition for Media Awareness through her

angelinasfriends) and her goal is to collect at least 50.000 signatures by the
end of this year. Sandra is also creating US state pages to help raise
