Good Morning All! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We are all still a bunch of sick
people here. Autumm seems to be the worst right now. She has a hearing test appt. in the
mornin'. Then they will let us know when they will put the tubes in her ears. Izabella is sounding
a little stuffy but they said they can't really do anything for her until she is at least 3 months old.
I've got that dang migraine again. This weather is what's killing us all. Hot during the day and
cold at night. I live in a small town and if one or two people get sick the whole town pratically
does...LOL! Anywho! On to the Freebies!

From Now Until Christmas *** Jar Gift Recipes and Holiday Recipes:

Praline Pumpkin Bars

1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 package vanilla cake mix
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Whipped cream, if desired
Additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired

Heat oven to 350?°F. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches,
with shortening. Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix
over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Pour melted butter evenly over top of
dessert. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
slightly. Serve warm or chilled with dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with pumpkin pie
spice. Store covered in refrigerator.

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL PECAN CHEESECAKE

2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese softened
?? cup sugar
?? tsp vanilla extract
2 lg eggs
?? C chocolate mini chips
20 Kraft Caramels
2 TBL milk
?? cup pecans chopped

Mix cream cheese, softened, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add chocolate chips,
set aside. Melt 20 Kraft caramels with milk in saucepan on low heat, stirring
frequently until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour over bottom of ready
to use chocolate graham cracker crumb crust. Pour batter over caramel mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate at least
three hours. Garnish as desired.

Cranberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Streusel:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Cake:
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 cups cranberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

For streusel:
Mix together brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
Blend in butter until crumbly. Set aside.

For cake:
Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed
mixture, alternately with sour cream or yogurt. Spread in a greased 9 inch tube pan.
Cover with cranberries, and sprinkle the streusel on top.Bake for about 55 minutes.
Remove from pan, and serve warm.
