Hello again Subscriber,

Time snuck away from me again and the September deadline for my work stint in Sydney came and went. I've been told I'm stuck there indefinitely. The fight's not over yet, though, and I'm starting to get a bit of progress, but unfortunately it looks like I won't be back to having a decent amount of time to myself for a little while, which means these little notes are going to stay fairly infrequent, much as I'd love it to be otherwise.

Still, the other day when I got called in last minute to a meeting in Wollongong, I saw something that had me chuckling to myself all the way home. So, this weekend, I headed back there with a camera - partly so I could upload the shots, but to be honest, partly to convince myself I really saw it too!!! (six months of sleep deprivation does strange things to you...)

For some strange reason, this furniture shop has not only a humongous statue of a dinosaur, but a cow (with both horns and an udder?) and among other things, a statue of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. (Didn't get a photo of that one) No idea if they're life size, but if not it's close enough to it - I couldn't reach high enough to do the two finger thing... <grin> I've also got absolutely NO CLUE who on earth would buy such a thing, let alone where they would put it! (got any ideas?)

One last thing I'd like to share - a friend sent me the link to a really cool program they're developing to help you build your self-confidence (as well as wealth consciousness, but you know I believe the two are closely related anyway). I've not checked it out fully yet, but what I've gone through has impressed me enough that I wanted to send you the link before his opening special finishes up - it's ridiculously cheap.
