Hi again Subscriber,
It's hard to believe, but today is the one year annivarsary of my mother's passing. Only the other day I went to pick up the phone to share some news, before I realised I couldn't anymore...
My sister was the one reminded me how fast the time has gone, and we had a discussion about whether I'd be putting a notice in the paper. I don't know how you feel, but for the kind of person she was, and the impact she had on everyone who knew her, a few lines in a local rag just don't feel like they cut it.
I want to do something meaningful and EXCITING, to really celebrate her life. That was one of her biggest wishes, that instead of being sad about her
passing we'd be happy for the times we had together. It's not always easy, but I want to honour that wish.
I'm still tossing up a few ideas as to what I'm going to do, so I'm asking for your help and suggestions: I plan on doing it on her birthday - the day she was aiming for while she battled the cancer and the day I have many happy memories of sharing with her.
Please spare 2 seconds to post your opinion at http://www.inhermemory.com/poll/ - I'd REALLY appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Crystal
