My
Spirit Welcomes Your Spirit!
Last month I was excited about the first issue of this newsletter.
This month I am excited because I received feedback that I
could use in this issue. I am also excited because the number
of subscribers is growing. Eventually I would like to have my
picture in the newsletter so you all know what I look like.
However, I haven't figured out how to that yet.
In
this issue is a continuation of the Meditation
article from last month.
In it I describe one of the two methods of Meditation I mentioned in
that article. The August issue will carry the second method.
Check
out My Blessings! For
those of you who know me you could
probably add a couple more to the list. A
small Book Update to the progress
of my book is included, as well as
information on how to receive an Intuitive
Consultation from me.
I
have added a second article to
the newsletter this month.
Check it out. You may find a new spin on an old
issue.
The
website is not up yet. This month it will be my focus and
should be ready for viewing by the end of July.
And
as always, my Spirit is sending blessings, love, and prayers
Til
next time!
Sue
Do

Last month I mentioned surgery I was going to have
on June 8th. Though I casually mentioned it, the surgery was
major. I didn't have the surgery and it looks like the
doctors are looking into other options to solve the problems.
A Blessing!
We found a food program called "Angel Food
Ministries" that is located all over the USA. For $25.00 you
get between $60 and $70 worth of food. We tried it in June
and were amazed, not only at the quantity of the food, but at the
quality as well. We haven't had steak in years until Father's
Day. We ate from our Angel Food! It is so worth
checking into at http://www.angelfoodmininstries.com. A
Blessings!
Blessings from my Spirit to your Spirit!

Intuitive
Consultations !
Reboot Your Life!
|
Many
of you are unaware of my path on this Earth plane. This
newsletter is just one road on that path. For several years I
have been doing intuitive consultings and readings. What does
this mean?
I
have been blessed to have my God-given abilities developed in order to
help others. I don't like to put labes on things, but I feel
I need to at this time.
I
am a six-sensory. What that means is that I use and live by
all my senses, not only the five senses most people use. I am
a natural healer believing that I don't heal, but that God through me
heals. I am just an open vessel. I have the full
range of psychic abilities from knowings to seeings.
Using
all these abilities I am available for intuitive consultations and/or
readings. Since my abilities are so advanced I do not require
tarot cards, pendulums, or any other device to be able to help you.
However, I can and do use them on occasion along with other
resources.
My
energy can touch your energy through phone, internet, or personal
contact. I have helped many people in the USA, Canada, as
well as other countries.
If
you would be interested in setting up a consultation with me, or, you
wish more information on what I can do for you, please email me at rebootyourlife@suesunshine.com
.
I
would be blessed to be able to help you Reboot Your Life™ in
what ever area you desire!

Intuitive
Consultations !
Reboot Your Life!

Sue is GREAT! I first met her at a Psychic Fair over two years ago where she was doing readings. Everything that she told me was RIGHT ON THE MONEY. I was so impressed with her, that I have stayed in contact with her. I am proud to have her in my life, not only as a consultant, but now as my friend, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of guidance!

Procrastination vs. Walking
Through Doors of Opportunities
The other day I was thinking about an article I wrote on updating my
book. As I reflected on that journey I realized where I
didn't follow through on things in a timely manner. That's a
nice way of saying I procratinated. yet had I followed
through and not stopped for a rest at that time, I am sure I would be
further along on this particular journey.
I realized when I quit procrastinating and did what
I was suppose to do that doors opened for me, erasing the very
obstacles that I was fearful of and the very reason for the
procrastination. Procrastination keeps us from going through
our doors of opportunity.
Imagine, if you will, an open door with what you
want on the other side. Yet you don't go through that door.
You find reasons not to go through it. You are
keeping yourself from an opportunity that God inteded for you.
When you finally break down, give in, and cross the threshold
of that doorway, the opportunity door, you can then fully receive the
blessings of that action.
Now I am sure you are thinking that is all well and
good, that you have heard it all before. But haave you
practiced it? Have you acatually tried it out?
Probably. However, I don't think at this time you
are relating to exactly what I am saying. Let's try an
example.
Let's say for example your spouse asks you to
change a lightbulb. It's a small thing, trivial.
There are other lights in the room you can turn on instead.
So you don't change it right away. You procratinate.
When you finally decide to walk through the door of
opportunity by changing the lightbulb you are blessed with extra light.
You are blessed with the light where you really wanted it.
You were given the opportunity to have something good in your
life and by cdhoosing to walk through the door of opportunity you were
blessed.
Now let's use another example.
John and I have this 'thing' about the trash.
I want him to take it out. He doesn't want to.
We are both procrastinating. I think to myself if I
do it for him, I will always end up doing it. That may be
true. So far it hasn't been. But that has been my
reasoning. He just plain puts off doing it.
If either one of us walked through that door of
opportunity we would both be blessed. No bickering or
fighting. No clutter. No smell. Just a
clean peaceful home.
Too often we don't walk through the door of
opportunity because of our own stinking thinking. No pun
intended. We are afraid of the outcome, or we want someone
else to do it, or we don't have the time. Please! Don't get
me started on not having the time! That is a whole other
article.
What it comes down to is that procrastination is
about nothing else than fear. Usually when we eventually walk
through that door we realize it wasn't as bas as we thought.
I think one of the biggest satisfactions for me after
journeying through that door is not having to face that particular
journey again.
In our daily lives things are repeated because we
didn't learn them the first time. So why, then,
procrastinate? Get it done and over with. Be
Blessed!

This past month I finally quit procrastinating and
wrote the copy for the back cover of "Life Is Like Making Chocolate
Chip Cookies". I also sent the cover designer the endorsements and text
layout. That in itself was a big accomplishment for me.
There are some details on the cover I need to work out with
the printer. Then when I get the ISBN number we will be ready
to print and bind. I am praying and creating a publication
date of December 3, 2007. However, I can sell books prior to
that date once they are printed and bound.
If you are interested in being on the mailing list
for my book, please sned me an email at rebootyourlife@suesunshine.com
with your name, email address, and
state or country you live. I will see that you are
one of the first to get a notice when the book is ready to be
purchased.
And that is my book update for this month.

Meditation - Part 2, Counting Breath
Technique
I was going to copy and paste information from my forth-coming book
"Life Is Like Making Chocolate Chip Cookies." However, my
spirit told
me I needed to write this article from scratch. The material
in this
article is coming from Above as does most of my writing.
Last
month I mentioned two meditation techniques: Counting Breath
Technique
(CBT) and Mindfulness Technique (MT). I received several requests to
explain these techniques further. So in answer to those
requests I
will explain these two techniques in separate issues starting with CBT
in this issue. Both techniques can be done any time, any place.
With
the Counting Breath Technique (CBT) it is just what it says:
counting breathes. There are as many ways of doing this as there are
people. I will give you one I use the most and that
works for me.
Always,
when counting, count slowly. You can slowly say one, two,
three, etc.
when you are inhaling. I usually count forward or up from one
to four:
one, two, three, four. When I am
exhaling I usually count backward, or down, from four to one:
four,
three, two, one. Between inhaling and exhaling I hold for a
count of
either two or four.
So a typical CBT Meditation for me would
be:
Inhale (or 1) ... 2 ... 3 ... 4... hold for 2 (or
4) counts ... exhale (or 4) ... 3 ... 2 ... 1 ... Relax ... Repeat .
If
I am upset or angry this helps me re-balance and diffuses the anger.
If I am tense this relaxes me, especially while I am driving.
It also
gives me a chance to act instead of re-acting. It brings down
the
blood-pressure as well as calms the entire body.
Counting
Breath Meditation can be used for any situation. It is also
very good
as a pre-meditation for other meditation practices. It helps
to set
the stage and clear your mind.
There
are variations to this meditation. You can chant as you
inhale and
exhale. For instance upon inhaling you can say, 'I Am' and on
exhaling, 'at peace,' or any thought you would like to use.
All
positive affirmations are suggested such as healthy, happy, contented,
etc. You get the idea. You can also use only one
word upon inhaling
and exhaling such as OM, Peace, etc. One word chants are very
good for
this using whatever word you feel most comfortable with.
I
have put together a meditation audio tape called Meditation for Daily
Living explaining meditation and
a few meditations to use. A companion book on meditation with the same name is also
available. If you would like more information on either the
tape or
the book, please email me at rebootyourlife@suesunshine.com
.
Next month I will finish this up with Mindfulness
Meditation.
Until Then,
Peaceful Meditating!!!!!
