Affirmations for wholeness:
The life of God moves within my body temple.
With trust and confidence, I allow the life of God to restore
my body to perfect health and vitality.
Every part of my being is attuned to God.
I am whole and well. I am whole and free.
I dwell in the glory of God's healing love.
Today's Quote:
In breathing we take in and give out. So we can breathe in
health from God and breathe out health upon others. We can
be the centers of health-giving influences.

Affirmations are positive statements of Truth. By the use
of affirmations we claim and appropriate all that belongs
to us according to God's plan.
To affirm means to make firm, to make visible, to establish. Practice of affirmations implies that there is a great unseen world, spiritual realm, or the kingdom of God as Jesus termed it. Perfect divine ideas that eternally exist in this realm are being manifested, when we embrace them and speak them out, with faith and boldness.
Affirmation proclaims the Truth of Being, even in the face
of contrary circumstances. By doing this, it builds our faith and releases mighty spiritual forces that begin their invisible work in our life. Affirmation is like a seed, that, being thrown into the spiritual realm grows until becomes visible in the physical realm and brings forth an abundant harvest.
