Affirmations for wholeness:
I have the inner capacity for self-healing.
Every cell of my body thrills with the new life of the Spirit.
I am alive, I am vibrant, I am whole.
I release all tension, allowing God's healing love to flow
through me.
Bodily health is mine.
Today's Quote:
Spiritually speaking, it is normal to be well and strong, and
if normal to be in excellent health it is right for man to be
free and happy. All our thinking in the matter should start
from this divine ideal, not from the negative fact of man's
illnesses and sorrows.

Affirmations are positive statements of Truth. By the use
of affirmations we claim and appropriate all that belongs
to us according to God's plan.
To affirm means to make firm, to make visible, to establish. Practice of affirmations implies that there is a great unseen world, spiritual realm, or the kingdom of God as Jesus termed it. Perfect divine ideas that eternally exist in this realm are being manifested, when we embrace them and speak them out, with faith and boldness.
Affirmation proclaims the Truth of Being, even in the face
of contrary circumstances. By doing this, it builds our faith and releases mighty spiritual forces that begin their invisible work in our life. Affirmation is like a seed, that, being thrown into the spiritual realm grows until becomes visible in the physical realm and brings forth an abundant harvest.
