Affirmations for dealing with challenges:
A grain of mustard seed of faith can remove a mountain of challenge.
I face my challenges with a new spirit of serenity and confidence.
My thoughts are centered at the presence of God in my life,
and I feel new strength and new assurance.
I let go of my concerns, large or small, because I trust God.
Through God's guidance, I deal with my challenges in the best
possible way.

Affirmations are positive statements of Truth. By the use
of affirmations we claim and appropriate all that belongs
to us according to God's plan.
To affirm means to make firm, to make visible, to establish. Practice of affirmations implies that there is a great unseen world, spiritual realm, or the kingdom of God as Jesus termed it. Perfect divine ideas that eternally exist in this realm are being manifested, when we embrace them and speak them out, with faith and boldness.
Affirmation proclaims the Truth of Being, even in the face
of contrary circumstances. By doing this, it builds our faith and releases mighty spiritual forces that begin their invisible work in our life. Affirmation is like a seed, that, being thrown into the spiritual realm grows until becomes visible in the physical realm and brings forth an abundant harvest.
