Affirmations for self-discovery:
I take time to discover treasures hidden within my soul.
I take time to determine the right priorities for my life.
I avoid all thoughts and words that diminish my value.
I avoid all people who are trying to control or to manipulate
me. I am free to live my own life.
I accept myself as I am, without any reservations.
Today's Quote:
Use every reminder and every excuse to ask yourself "Who am I?
What do I really want? How can I make my life better? How can
I be a better person to those around me?"

Affirmations are positive statements of Truth. By the use
of affirmations we claim and appropriate all that belongs
to us according to God's plan.
To affirm means to make firm, to make visible, to establish. Practice of affirmations implies that there is a great unseen world, spiritual realm, or the kingdom of God as Jesus termed it. Perfect divine ideas that eternally exist in this realm are being manifested, when we embrace them and speak them out, with faith and boldness.
Affirmation proclaims the Truth of Being, even in the face
of contrary circumstances. By doing this, it builds our faith and releases mighty spiritual forces that begin their invisible work in our life. Affirmation is like a seed, that, being thrown into the spiritual realm grows until becomes visible in the physical realm and brings forth an abundant harvest.
