Affirmations for wholeness:
The natural state of my being is health, harmony and wholeness.
I have healing power.
I am in control of my life and health. I choose health, harmony
and wholeness.
My body, mind and spirit are in complete harmony at all times.
I maintain balance in my physical, mental, emotional, and
spiritual states of my being.
Today's Quote:
Strong pure, and happy thoughts build up the body in vigor and
grace. The body is a delicate and plastic instrument, which
responds readily to the thoughts by which it is impressed,
and habits of thought will produce their own effects, good
or bad, upon it.

Affirmations are positive statements of Truth. By the use
of affirmations we claim and appropriate all that belongs
to us according to God's plan.
To affirm means to make firm, to make visible, to establish. Practice of affirmations implies that there is a great unseen world, spiritual realm, or the kingdom of God as Jesus termed it. Perfect divine ideas that eternally exist in this realm are being manifested, when we embrace them and speak them out, with faith and boldness.
Affirmation proclaims the Truth of Being, even in the face
of contrary circumstances. By doing this, it builds our faith and releases mighty spiritual forces that begin their invisible work in our life. Affirmation is like a seed, that, being thrown into the spiritual realm grows until becomes visible in the physical realm and brings forth an abundant harvest.
