Affirmations for self-discovery and self-expression:
I take time to know myself.
I take time to decide what do I really want, and to set up
a plan to reach my goals.
I take time to care about myself and my personal needs.
I take time to express love to the people around me.
I take time to thank God for all the blessings in my life.
Today's Quote:
When you spend time protecting your self-importance, you lose
sight of what you truly desire.

Affirmations are positive statements of Truth. By the use
of affirmations we claim and appropriate all that belongs
to us according to God's plan.
To affirm means to make firm, to make visible, to establish. Practice of affirmations implies that there is a great unseen world, spiritual realm, or the kingdom of God as Jesus termed it. Perfect divine ideas that eternally exist in this realm are being manifested, when we embrace them and speak them out, with faith and boldness.
Affirmation proclaims the Truth of Being, even in the face
of contrary circumstances. By doing this, it builds our faith and releases mighty spiritual forces that begin their invisible work in our life. Affirmation is like a seed, that, being thrown into the spiritual realm grows until becomes visible in the physical realm and brings forth an abundant harvest.
