Menu includes BBQ turkey or brisket, salad, and roll.
Cost of luncheon $12 and reservations are required. Childcare reservations can be made directly through the CDC, be sure to ask for on-site luncheon child care.

Articles Wanted for "The Sunflower"
The Fort Leavenworth Spouses Club needs you to help share information in the monthly newsletter. We are asking for article submissions from any member that has something to share.
Do you like working out, why not write a column on the benefits of different types of exercise? Or maybe you have helpful hints on gardening, why not share them with the other members? Do you like investing, how about giving some ideas on how to get started?
All article submissions are due by the first of the month for the following month’s newsletter. We are currently working on the October newsletter and are asking for ideas and volunteers to write an article or two. Please email all ideas/articles by September 1, for inclusion in the October edition of “The Sunflower”.

Smith House For Rent
As a member of the FLSC, the Smith House is available for your next function. At a cost of $20.00 (with a $30.00 deposit) you can rent the Smith House complete with tables, chairs, full sized refrigerator, oven, microwave…and much more! So, if you’re thinking of planning your next get together for family, friends, bunco, scrapbooking…whatever it may be…consider renting the Smith House!

Volunteers are always needed at every luncheon. If you’d like to volunteer to assist at a luncheon (greeters, Ways and Means, and more) please email volunteer@flsc.biz.
