This issue of Zinester`s news offers a review of several new features that have enriched our free and Premium services. Also, as usual, there's a bunch of new interesting ezines to subscribe to.

A Simpler Way of Posting Via Email
Zinester used to be a little bit special when it came to posting your ezine via email. Special command lines had to be added to to the email Body. Well, this is no longer necessary...
Here's how it works now:
1.Compile
a Plain Text or HTML message in your email client.
2. Send this message to ezine_id@zinester.com.
3. Log in to your account at Zinester and confirm your message by clicking on the "Post" button in the interface. This step is needed for verification purposes.
The old method has been preserved for those who had got used to it. The difference is now the message has to be sent to ezine_id-fast@zinester.com.
Delivery Status Tracking
There has always been a lack of feedback from the server's delivery process. We have now added ezine status tracking to the publisher's interface. This also applies to deferred message, which can now be deleted before they go out.
Clicks-Through
Statistics (Premium Feature)
Premium publishers will notice a new option on their posting page: "Replace Links & Click-Through Stats". This option is good for 2 purposes:
1. Click-through statistics. Tracking click-throughs for every link that happens to be in a message delivered via Zinester has been frequently requested by many of our publishers. Click-throughs are now tracked and calculated for both HTML and Plain Text messages and are available in the interface soon after the issue goes out.
2. Avoiding URL filters. We have noticed a large number of bounces that reported something like this: "A URL contained in your message has generated a large number of complaints and thus cannot be passed through." AOL is especially famous for this kind of filtering. The
problem is, the bounce does not contain the "dirty" URL, and there's no way to retrieve it. We figured, as long as our method of tracking click-throughs is based on replacing liks, it will as well work for the filters. For safety reasons, the replacement link we use is not based on zinester.com.
