Don’t get me wrong, it’s very stressful trying to decide exactly where to position that orange or that apple or to figure out if the banana should go on top or on the bottom. Trust me, I’ve lost sleep over that. Heaven forbid if my orange is on the left instead of the right. Speaking of which, I’ll be right back. My apples are lop sided....(two hours later.) Okay I’m back. I couldn’t get the apples to sit just right so I made an apple pie and filled the bowl with onions. Problem solved. Preheat broiler. Place zucchini in medium bowl. Add almonds and dressing; mix well. Set aside. 2. Place baguette halves on large baking sheet; spread evenly with margarine. Sprinkle with cheese Broil 3 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until edges and cheese are browned. 3. Spread zucchini mixture evenly onto each baguette half. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestion : Serve with spaghetti and tomato sauce. The potassium may relax you enough to let you sleep. Diaper Rash: Whip egg whites to a frothy texture and spread where rash is noticed. Let baby’s bum air out while you treat. For a yeast rash use plain yogurt and spread it on the baby’s frontal and bottom area and air out. Bee Sting: There are various methods but here are 3 that I know of: A) mix some mud with water until thick and spread on sting, this brings out the poison and itchiness B) do the same with cornstarch and water until pasty – this will alleviate any itchiness C) my favorite is mix baking soda with water into a paste and spread on sting- this brings out the poison and itchiness and brings down the swelling…this is also used for other insect bites too. WHACKY KIKI’S MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENTS My hubby and I went out the other night for a card game at his parents place but not before we had a drink to toast the news that Robert was going to be an uncle again. I don’t drink and I hadn’t eaten anything yet so the alcohol had taken affect immediately. At his parents place I was told it was tradition to have a beer or two while playing so I said why not. Two hours later I was tanked. I didn’t even know I was losing. I couldn’t even play cards without help from hubby and his niece. It was hilarious and embarrassing at the same time. I am deaf and loud to begin with but apparently twice as much when I am drinking. When I realized what was going on and how I was acting, I told hubby it was time to go home. His dad was playing too and when I turned to apologize, his father laughed at me and told me that just because I was playing cards with the Scotts, doesn’t mean I have to drink like them. Ya, NOW he tells me. DAILY FUNNIES If Ever You're Choking A woman goes into a restaurant in a small town in the South. She orders some chicken and starts to eat. Eating too fast, she starts to choke on a chicken bone. Buford and Buck, two country boys in the next booth, notice she is choking. So they get up and go over to help her. Buford drops his coveralls and bends over and then Buck starts licking his butt. The choking woman watches these two go at it and is so grossed out that she launches forward and throws up all over the place, dislodging the chicken bone from her throat. Buford pulls his overalls back up and says to Buck, "You're right, that 'hind-lick' maneuver works like a charm."
