Hello everyone!?  It's Friday the 13th have you crossed paths with any black cats yet??  I guess a lot of people will be watching those slasher movies tonight....EWWWWW?  me hiding under my blankie. Me don't like slasher movies of any kind.?  I perfer a comedy show .?  I grew up with three black cats and what fun it was letting them outside on Halloween and seeing all the kids run from them? ...LOL?  Me bad.?

Hash Brown Casserole

1 bag frozen Hash Browns - cubed - not shredded
defrost for an hour prior
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion - fine
1 can cream of chicken soup - undiluted
1 16 oz container sour cream
add salt to taste
1 pkg shredded cheese (reserve some for top)
can also add Mozzeralla is you want to

Melt margarine in large bowl in Microwave. Add hash browns and stir.
add onions. stir. Add sour cream and soup - stir well. add salt. add cheese.
sprinkle cheese on top.
Put in 350 oven till done - at least 1 hour.

Make sure that your cornstarch is fresh. Test by combining a tablespoon of vinegar and corn starch together, if it bubbles, it is still fresh
