Hi there!?  Wow!?  It was warm here yesterday . It was 54 degrees?  and we broke a record for this time of year. Then for today it's suppose to snow and get 3-5 inches . Go figure!?  Well at least there is no school today so I won't have to go out in it. Tami's school has a teacher's worshop day.

I watched the American Idol Auditions Wednesday?  night and all I have to say is why do people thing they can sing when they stink! Can't they hear themselves ??  I would never make it on the show and I sure as heck wouldn't try out. I know my voice is weak and bad.?  People people when the dog is howling to your singing it's time to hang it up.?  LOL? ?  Oh, I also watched the show Skating With Celebrities. I just loved it!!!! I love?  ice skating and for only one month of training they all did so well. I can't wait for next weeks show.

Well I better get a move on it and get something done around here. The house is trashed since I cleaned all last weekend and on Monday. Geesh!?  Have a great weekend everyone!

Crock pot Meatloaf


2 Eggs -- Beaten
3/4 Cup Milk
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
3 slices Bread -- Crumbled
2 pounds Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion -- Chopped
1/4 Cup Green Pepper -- Chopped
1/4 Cup Celery
1/2 Cup Ketchup
plus
1/2 Cup Additional Ketchup


1. Mix eggs, milk, seasonings and bread crumbs; allow to soften.

2. Combine crumb mixture with all other ingredients except the last,
and shape into a loaf.

3. Place loaf in cooker and cover with additional ketchup.

4. Cook on high 1 hour, then switch to low 8-9 hours. Or cook on
automatic 7 hours
