It is said that the 3 greatest mysteries of our universe are:
'What is life?'
'What is love?'
'What is death?'
The answer to those mysteries CAN NOT be found through our
reliance on computers.
The answer CAN NOT be found by paying money for it, no
matter how much money you have.
The answer CAN NOT be found through watching television or
getting a PhD.
In our modern society, the answer to those three questions
paradoxically eludes you and me more than any generation
before us because of our very reliance on these external
things . . .
So, where can the answer be found?
It can be found in your deepest heart of hearts.
It can be discovered as a result of what you must let go of
in order to move on to triumph over your greatest challenges
and find all the gifts and wealth inherent therein.
It can be found in the birth of a child . . . the love of
another . . . or the death of someone dear.
It can be found, in fact, only by closing your eyes,
quieting your mind, opening your heart, and asking God or
whatever Higher
Power you believe in, to grant you with this most ethereal
yet life-changing of all Gifts.
I can be discovered through today's Gift, which allows you a glimpse
of life's mystery and of who you and I really are.
