I wonder sometimes just how many really read the
book of books, the best seller of all time. The
Bible. I will lump preachers in this class also. Of
course I like to nit pick preachers. I find them a
funny strange lot.
I was looking at Miss Lori's site this morning. It
is quite a lot to look at. I had a lady write me
the other day about how nice it was.
I guess Miss Kathy has a lot to do with dressing it
up too. I know nothing as Sgt Schultz of Hogan
Heroes fame would say.
I took note of a picture. It shows the Lamb laying
in front of a Lion.. Now we all know Lamb would be
lunch for a Lion. It is a pretty picture. The Lamb
shows no fear. The Lion show no sign of attack. I
think this is an artist idea of what the Bible says
it will be like in Heaven.
Now lets go take a look at what the Bible says.
Read Isaiah chapter 11, I believe it is. verse 6 to
9 or so. That tells me one thing. In Heaven, yes
Mr.Preacher, animals will be in Heaven. What is so
hard to understand here? I have heard many of that
group that calls themselves preachers tell only the
goodie goods of the humans will make it to Heaven.
You know what I think? Some of those people can't
read.. Or maybe only read what they want to read.
The rest they kind of skip.
So Mr.Preacher, I guess my little Lion Dogs of
Peking [Pekingese] is going to make it after all.
And if they make it, all the other Little People
will also. Dance on that for a while.
Now in that book, that chapter, it says we will
eat what grows, that is from a seed. No meat. So if
you like ham and eggs for breakfast. I took note of
a saying on Miss. Lori page here too about that. So
if you like the ham, you better eat all you can now.
Your out of luck in Heaven getting any. I got no
clue about the eggs.
