As far back as I can remember, there has always been music in my life; my Mother playing the piano and we kids gathered around the piano; singing the old hymns of faith.?  This singing has been a large part of my life; having sang in glee clubs, choirs, sextets and with my sister, Charlene; duets.? 

Whenever I am down in the dumps or when time weighs heavily on my hands, I can always find a song.?  It is just what I do.?  It is not uncommon for me to awaken from a night's sleep to find a song? going around and around in my head.?  I do not play any instruments (although I wish I did), but I have music in my head.?  Whenever I hear someone or someones sing a special at church, i mentally take it home with me.? 

Recently, one of the women of the church recalled her time of repentance from years ago by singing: "He took my burdens and gave me a song!."

This song stayed with me for at least one week.?  I guess you could say that it witnessed to me of the saving grace of our Lord.? 

I like to think that my singing is a gift from God to be given back to Him in the form of worship.?  I am by no means a professional singer and I never intend to be but our God enjoys any worship that we send His way??  With that in mind,?  I would love to share my songs that I have recently written.
