impactED

Well my bags are packed and I am about to head off on holidays for the next 3 weeks. The van will be pretty jam-packed but we can probably squeeze you in if you hurry (can you cook?).
And I must admit that leaving this all behind will be nothing short of joyous.

Anyways, here are some varied diversions to distract you from that toppling in-tray:

Can??™t decide if you should drop it all and come away on an adventure? You might need to make a quantitative decision.

Still a little unsure? Perhaps this (recommended) podcast on overcoming your fears might be of some assistance.

Whilst we are downloading??¦..perhaps you might like to listen to the latest New Scientist podcast instead?

I might be totally off track, but I think H5N1 is going to be the biggest developing public health crisis in history. Track it here.

Finally ??¦..take a look at this amazing desktop wallpaper that displays an accurate representation of the Earth as it would be seen from space at that precise moment.

I will be checking my emails whilst I am away and my inflatable ego would love to know I was being missed so,,,,,
Drop me a quick line at feedback@impactednurse.comand let me know how things are going back in the midst of it all.
Until I fish my smelly uniforms back out of laundry basket and return to the ED??¦.take care.
