New Winner On 11/27 (US/CA) http://roia.biz/ts/r/479/a/102124/l/1r6bz3 AOL *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* RECIPE OF THE DAY - 11/21 Chicken-Roni Casserole 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 cup milk 1 & 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey 1 (3-oz.) can (1/2 cup) chopped mushrooms, drained 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheese 1/4 cup chopped canned pimento (optional) 1 (10 & 1/2-oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard Topping: 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine with chicken, cheese, soup, milk, mushrooms, pimento, and mustard. Turn into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Combine crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over all. Bake at 350? about 50 minutes.
