Running a bit behind but I have a chatty letter today! lol First of all I haven't said anything but my 12 yr old son has always had respiratory problems like asthma. allergies galore etc. Well it really has been extra bad this year and he missed alot of school just really tired no energy all around feeling bad. We took him to the doctor they put him on stereoids, inhalers, more allergy meds. He got a bit better but still tired and gets winded way too fast for a 12 yr old boy. So we took him back to the doc and he did a chest xray. Well, his heart is on the bigger side of the charts..not overly big but he's a big kid anyway (tall) and while it was still in the normal range it was on the biger part of the scale. So they did a echo something or another Friday on his heart. Looked just like the ultra sound you get when you are pregnant. They are checking to see if he has a enlargened heart so I am scared to death and just basically a nervous wreck! So I would like to ask all of you to please say a prayer for him! I will get the results either today or tomorrow and if it is I have no idea where it will go from here. I didn't even look anything up online because I would have made myself sick! I am doing things to keep myself busy like this letter lol. I went searching for jars last night and came upon some beautiful pumpkin jars. Almost didn't bid then thought why the heck not?! These are the nicest folks too, they actually called me at home this morning to let me know their huge bottles of oil are on sell so I could grab some. I would love to advertise for them, their oils really are wonderful so if I can get their permission I will post their links for you! They also have lots of prim items for the home. In a skillet brown ground beef, drain. In a large bowl combine beef, salsa, chilies, remaining corn and 1 cup cheese. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a well greased 13 x 9 x 2in glass pan. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Top with cornbread mix. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cornbread topping is well cooked.
