I, like everyone else, enjoy reading about your children. I am a mother also, so I know how much it hurts to see your child hurting and to know that there's nothing you can do to make them better. They said as soon as you get it, to call their office and they can put you in touch with a doctor that's in your area. As soon as I get it, i will first class it to you. God Bless You!! **Swamp Recipe Of The Day** ~Fast & Fluffy Pancakes~ 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, at room temperature 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil 1 large egg Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes per batch Makes twelve 4-inch pancakes 1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk the buttermilk, butter and egg. Stir into dry ingredients until just incorporated; the batter should be slightly lumpy. 3. Heat a nonstick griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Ladle about 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake on top the griddle, allowing plenty of space for spreading. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, 2??“3 minutes; turn and cook until golden brown, 2??“3 minutes longer.
