TODAY"S DEAL - LINEN BLEND SHORTS $6.99 http://www.anrdoezrs.net/click-1499142-10307037 AOL ~~~ **Swamp Recipe Of The Day** ~Sweet Potato Casserole~ INGREDIENTS: 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup eggnog 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 egg whites 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons butter DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat one 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup brown sugar, eggnog, melted margarine, vanilla extract, salt and egg whites. Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish. Combine the 1/2 cup brown sugar and flour. Cut in the chilled 2 tablespoons margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
