Julie M **Swamp Recipe Of The Day** ~Country Turkey Casserole~ Ingredients 1 can Cream of Celery Condensed Soup 1 Can Condensed Cream of Potato Soup 1 Cup Milk 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 Cups cooked cup up vegetables, your choice 2 Cups Cooked Turkey OR Chicken, cubed or shredded 4 Cups prepared Stove Top Stuffing Directions Mix soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and turkey in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Top with stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until hot. Tips: Use a combination of cut green beans and carrots. I challenge any so-called smart Yankee to take this exam: 1. Calculate the smallest limb diameter on a persimmon tree that will support a 10 pound possum. 2. Which of these cars will rust out the quickest when placed on blocks in your front yard? (A) '65 Ford Fairlane (B) '69 Chevrolet Chevelle, or (C) '64 Pontiac GTO. 3. If your uncle builds a still which operates at a capacity of 20 gallons of shine produced per hour, how many car radiators are required to condense the product? 4.
