It was awesome they really did a great job for the factory some things slight different but i like it. Did not like the oompa loompas since they all looked like they were semi indian or something all looked the same. No green faces like the orginal one. I loved the ending when they show all the kids come out not like you never knew what happen to them in the first one. I left the 4 yr old home. Under 6 is not going to sit thur this its all people no cartoons and under that age they might get restless Just my opinion. I love getting your site every day. (??`'?·.??(??`'?·.?? \ /??.?·'????)??.?·'????) *Swamp Recipe Of The Day** ~Crispy Southern-Fried Chicken~ 4 1/2-pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut into eighths 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups vegetable oil or solid vegetable shortening, melted Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes Serves 6 1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Coat chicken pieces well with the flour; shake off excess. Transfer to a plate. 2. Heat the oil in a large deep skillet (preferably cast-iron) over medium heat until hot but not smoking. Cook chicken, skin side down, in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. Cover; cook for 10 minutes. 3. Turn chicken pieces with tongs. Cover; cook 5 minutes longer. Uncover and cook for 20 minutes longer, turning the chicken pieces occasionally, until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with a knife.
