"We need your help, helping other poor folks like us to find f*reebies!!" heh! http://www.bestfreebsites.com/toplist/in.php?id=chasers AOL (??`'?·.??(??`'?·.?? \ /??.?·'????)??.?·'????) ~FS Member Mail~(tm) Will be back tomorrow...alls I got today was emails supporting TOP50....LOL You guys are the BESTEST! *Swamp Recipe Of The Day** ~Mom's Potato Salad~ 2 lbs or more cooked potatoes, chopped about 3/4" chunks 3 hardboiled eggs, chop two, slice one for topping 2 stalks of celery, chopped fine 3-5 dill pickles chopped fine 1 small onion chopped fine (I use 3 slices of a large onion) Mayonnaise + yellow mustard (combined should be about 1/3 cup) Pickle juice about 1 1/2 TB 2 tomato wedges Mix mayo and mustard in a a glass measuring cup and add pickle juice. Mix well, should not be runny but creamy. Mix all ingredients together and stir in mayo mix. Add extra mayo and mustard if necessary. Top with sliced egg and tomato. Add black pepper if desired.
