TY Mary!! ~EASY APPLE CRISP~ (MICROWAVE) 6 cups peeled, cored and sliced apples (prefer yellow delicious) 1/3 cup sugar (more if using other apples) 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour 1/2 stick butter Mix together apples, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon in Pyrex deep dish pie pan or Tupperware baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over apple mixture. For topping, cut butter into 1 cup flour with pastry blender. Sprinkle over apples, then sprinkle lightly with a little oat bran. Bake in microwave for 15 minutes (High setting). Can be served warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
