Place garlic in a small baking dish, cover with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. When cool enough to touch, mash well, with a fork. Combine roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Put in a 1 quart casserole or an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
