CORPORATE CRIMEFIGHTERS OF AMERICA -- Dec 7, 2007 Exposing the Crimes of UnumProvident and other insurance companies ////////////////////////////// ////////////////////////////// ////////////////////////////// //////////// /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ THE WAR ON GREED http://warongreed.org/?utm_source=rgemail Henry Kravis is a billionaire, the 57th richest person in America. He acquired this wealth by purchasing public companies with borrowed money. To pay off the debt, he cuts benefits at the company, sells its assets, and lays off employees. And of course his taxes are lower than yours or mine, or his maid, as Kravis beds with banks and the government /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ THEN, TO BALANCE KRAVIS' VILLIANY, THERE ARE THE HEROES /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ Madison avenue
makes women feel ugly and men feel powerless, so they can sell us useless crap to make up for that deficiency. The government makes us fearful so we give up our freedoms to their control. Those who are in power would kill the world to remain so. But to balance darnkess with light, here
is one of my favorite renditinos of "Somewhere over the rainbow" by the inimitable "IZ." IZ had a voice of pure soul - one of the most comforting I've ever heard. It's a shame he's passed on while the bad guys seem to live forever. /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-// AND AGAIN, THERE ARE HEROES WHO DEDICATE THEIR LIVES TO FIGHTING FOR THE FREEDOMS OUR CORPAGOVERNMENT TAKES AWAY WHILE THEY KEEP US "ENTERTAINED" Webmaster's Comments:
I thought I'd pass on this message from Rose Lear.. A lot of us out here are fighting the good fight against near-infinite odds, and could use some help. There are "little" folks all over fighting the increasing oppression of our Global CorpaGovernment. But if you put all the souls at Unum together with our "representatives" in Washington and in State Houses, they wouldn't match a little toe of one of the anti-Kravis heroes above or the lone fighter below. ===================== I have a Christmas Wish. There is a Patriot who desperately needs help. I am sending a money order to him today and hope that others will help as well. This man has been fighting the Fed's as well as State courts
for some time now. It has cost him his ability to hold down any type of gainful employment and he is now working at a convenience store for minimum wage which barley covers his rent. He has been living for the past 6 months on 2 packages of Ramen soup a day. We all know the cost involved in filing anything in court. This man has had to use his credit card and has reached his limit, not to mention he can't afford to pay the bill anymore either. Who is this man who needs our help? The same man who just recently filed and charged the filing fee of over $300 the Amacus Curiae in United States v Robert L. Schulz. Thurston Bell 121 Manor Way Apt. H Louisville, TN 37777 If you can send him just $5, $10
or whatever you can afford he and I would be forever grateful. Rose Lear /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ OUR ONGROWING AMERICAN POLICE STATE Now that the unPatriot Act is destroying all trace of the Bill of Rights and ignorning the US Constitution, those who protest must be met with more police brutality. Of course, the final aim is not a government police state, but a corpagovernment police state. This is already underway
in the UK, where Unum is acheiving its aim of controlling British social programs (More about this on stopunum.com) /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ RIGHT TO PETITION AND WITHHOLD PAYMENT TO A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT U.S. Supreme Court Dockets Two days ago, the U.S. Supreme Court docketed two Petitions for Writ of Certiorari arising from the same decision by the United States Court of Appeals in the case titled, We The People v. United States. The Supreme Court will consider the two Petitions together. One Petition for Writ of Certiorari, submitted by WTP Chairman Robert Schulz, was assigned Docket Number 07-681. The second Petition for Writ of Certiorari, filed by attorney Mark Lane, who is representing the remaining Plaintiffs, was assigned Docket Number 07-680. By the end of the year we will know whether the nation's Highest Court will take upon itself the burden of considering -- for the first time in the Republic's history -- the constitutional meaning of the last ten words of the First Amendment, i.e., the People's Right to Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances. http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/UPDATE/Update2007-11-29.htm Webmaster's Comments: We have so many rights that we either ignore, or that are being silently eroded. I've been called to jury duty next month. I'll be the Only one on th e jury who knows any American jury has the right to strike down a bad law, and to ignore instructions from a corrupt judge. It's called "jury pre-emption." Of course, power-mad judges never let them know this fact, because they want decisions to be as they command, not as a jury rules and reasons. And of course, corporations are trying to destroy our right to trial but shoving "arbitration" down everyone's throat. Except most arbitrators are biased for corporations, since they make their fees by pleasing corporations. If they don't, they don't get hired as often. This ain't just "politics," folks. Every time they chip away at our legal rights, it becomes harder to fight insurance companies in court. THE FINE ART OF CO-OPTING The American Fibromyalgia Syndrome Association, Inc. had a contribution made to them by The Prudential Foundation between July 2001 and June 2002. The CFIDS Association
of America, Charlotte, NC bought Prudential Financial stock on February 14, 2002. I have also noticed in November 2007 that The Prudential Foundation has contributed money to The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education located in Wynnewood, PA (outside of Philadelphia). They are a fabulous organization providing cancer and nutritional seminars in Philadelphia every year. Jean Hamilton, former Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Financial, was still employed with Prudential Financial before leaving in August 2002 due to reorganization and demutualization. Vivian Banta, her successor, is currently Vice Chair of Prudential Financial and oversees Prudential's operations including their insurance division. While Prudential Financial has made millions in denying claims on Fibromyalgia and CFIDS devastating claimants and their families and helping to stall federal research, Prudential developed a strategy after their reorganization to "get involved" with these organizations. As of May 2007, Kim Kenney, Director of the CFIDS Association of America, told patient advocates on Lobby Day in Washington, D.C. that there are currently over 130 illnesses whereby the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, has conducted no research on to date. This is where insurers are making their money in denying claims. Webmaster's Comments: Would that that was the only case. Most state Departments of Insurance, and may state Attorneys General, have "Insurance Fraud Task Forces" that are bought and
paid for by the insurance industry. This is a Horrible intrusion of private money into what is supposed to be an impartial system of law. I have Never heard of one of these industry-funded lapdogs finding an insurance company guilty of fraud, even though most insurance fraud is committed by insurance companies. They only go after claimants - often, innocent claimants who are too loud in their complaints. /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ AND AS UNUM SLOWLY TAKES OVER OUR SOCIAL PROGRAMS Sadly, this Unum problem gets worse. With such a great "reference site" in the form of the U.K. Government "welfare reform", have a look at what is starting to happen, back in the USA. An update on the matter - Unum's "influence" has not only become a very serious U.K. problem - with such a "great reference site" in the form of the U.K. Government "welfare reform" non-medical initiatives, have a look at what is starting to happen, back in the USA. http://www.gov.je/SocialSecurity/NewsReleases/WorkisGoodforYou.htm This is too serious a matter to ignore - or remain silent on. Although this may seem such an insignificant problem in the grand scheme of all the madness going on in the world right now, the future consequences are truly frightening. Common sense and the law have to prevail. Please do whatever you can to support the Goals of StopUnum.com - if you or your employer is still trusting in this company for "insurance" be seriously warned. Click the "goals" link. Hundreds of thousands of deceived Unum policyholders [most of them previously very successful professional people] located throughout the US, UK and Canada thank you! What a very clever international swindle! Take care, Laura Webmaster's Comments: The whole thing works together. If you protest the takeover of our government by corporations, you'll be silenced by the police state mentioned above. Don't forget to visit Laura's main site. Sometimes her site is up and mine is down, and vice versa ;') The CorpaGovernment seems to try crooked repressive crap in the UK before they import it here, and Laura's is a UK site.. It's the experimental island. And yes, work is good for you, if you are able - but making the sick work when they are wholly unable and claiming that All disease is just malingering, is real fourteenth century. "Work them to death" is the new, or old, philosophy. Soon we'll see workhouses, poorhouses and debtor's prisons back in style. It's what the insurers and the CorpaGovernment want. You can bet the official cited has a big chunk of change from insurers in his pocket. And of course, Merry Christmas - Send Presents. (Yes, I know it's rude to ask, but I'm fightin' fer a cause here, so I'm not shy about it - them who is on the side of the angels gets to go by the old sayin' "ask and it shall be given."? The bogus crooks who own Unum and claim to be "saved," as they rob and cheat the disabled, don't even ask. They just take. Then they go to church and praise Jesus for giving them the ability to stick their hands in other people's pockets ;') They'll probably work overtime just so they can have the joy of denying claims on Christmas day. I'm sure not doing this for glory or riches ;') When I first started to do this, back with Allstate, it took me over a year to even take credit (I let somebody else have it.) Then, it took about two years for people to convince me to ask for help instead of doing it solo. Unum execs want millions per year to do wrong, after all. I know there will never be equal support for doing right, the world being what it is. But whatever help comes my way is gratefully accepted. So near this year end I really would like to thank those who have helped with funding, information, research, advice or just being a friend. Thank you all, and may the New Year bring more Truth and Justice to our benighted world. You won't find those things on the mainstream media, but I hope you will continue to find them here. /-/-/-/-//-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/ Support our work so you can continue to get information and so we can warn and help others. A one time donation below, or a regular subscription. I'd like to support this entirely by myself but I've made a number of mistakes since coming to AZ, including the wrong "friends," and wrong decisions. Besides, it's only right that this be a group effort. I'm far from perfect, but I'm the only one doing this and I think I'm good at what I do. With more support I could really ramp it up to what it should be. or Or send a check here if you don't use PayPal, although they do now take credit cards.
