On December 6th, 1992 ,too where the rath yatra was led by l. k. advani to ayodhya with some thousands of people to demilish the babri masjid as it is still fresh in the memory of the world and Indian people who pulled down the masjid . In later times before commission he simply evaded his involvement in the demolition case in the broad day light with white lies in the courts . This time in the bomb explosions of 7/11 in mumbai may have their involvement in such inhuman killings of 200 innocent people . There is the possibility of putting the blame on muslims for the bomb explosions on 7/11 The facts and the role of the criminals in mumbai bomb blasts case would only be possible to come into light , if the government of India initiate the impartial inquiry by appointing sincere and committed officer under the terms and subject of inquiry with inclusion of the possible act of hindu fandamental organization which have such history of misguiding the people and the nation from the facts and real issues . Ayyub mohammed -------- [3] THE HINDU Online edition of India's National Newspaper Sunday, Jul 23, 2006 Madras High Court refuses to approve land lease agreements Special Correspondent Pertain to 150 grounds of the D'Monte estate leased to Deemed University chancellor CHENNAI: The Madras High Court has declined to "sanction and approve" two agreements proposing to lease out 150 grounds of the D'Monte estate on Boat Club Road to Sathyabama Deemed University chancellor Jeppiar for 50 years. As per the two separate Deeds of Agreement to Lease, Mr. Jeppiar was to pay a total of Rs. 75 crore (actually it is 37.50 crores) besides Rs. 15,000 as monthly rent for the land to the Archbishop of Madras-Mylapore. Justice M. Chockalingam, dismissing two separate petitions from the Archbishop and Sole Trustee of the Estate of Sir John D'Monte, Arul Das James, wondered how the property was sought to be leased out to Mr. Jeppiar, who was a member of the Property Committee of the estate when the agreement was signed. The judge also rejected the Archbishop's contention that the property did not yield any income and that the lease would be beneficial to the Trust. "The contention cannot be countenanced," said Mr. Justice Chockalingam. The amount and the accruing interest would be used to build institutions such as schools for mentally retarded, mercy homes, hospitals, community colleges, hostels for working women, provide financial assistance to the poor and houses for low-income groups in a phased manner, the court was informed. Mr. Jeppiar had paid an advance of Rs. 2 crore to the Trust and a bungalow had been given to him by way of security. However, counsel opposing the agreement maintained that the deed would be detrimental to the interests of the Trust as well as the intention of Sir John D'Monte. They said there was no need to convert the property into a leasehold right and the amount projected in the agreement was very meagre as the property would fetch more. "The agreements are neither in the interest of the Trust nor consistent with the intention of the testator (Sir John D'Monte)," they submitted. In his order, Mr. Justice Chockalingam said: "No explanation is coming forward as to how a member of the Committee could enter into an agreement for lease-hold right in respect of the properties of the Trust." He said it would be sufficient to deny approval for the pacts in question. Insufficient time Referring to a tender notification giving six days for submission of bids, the judge said the time given was too short, neither reasonable nor sufficient. Maximum attention is reserved for London, Madrid or New York bombings. Comparatively less attention is given to women & Children being blown up in malls, restaurants, school buses, etc; in Israel. Perhaps, the white women & children have a higher rating when bombed; than other mortals; when it comes to media attention. Coming to the crux of the matter, it is ludicrous; that the desert denizens think that Israelites are aliens from outer space - ""they don't have any right to exist"". Nobody told them about Abraham, Moses, Children of Israel, Judea existed couple of thousand years before the advent of Allah. They have their "own way of knowing". If any written or spoken word is in consonance with the Koran it is un-necessary, If anything said or written is NOT in consonance with the Koran it is heretic & should be destroyed, burnt. - Library of Alexandria. One can NOT expect a camel to go to Harvard or Oxford & come out as a professor. The epitome of stupidity is rushing into Iraq, it cannot be recalled nor repaired. EVER !!!!.
