Unless the police is dressed down, publicly, (no cries of demoralisation can be tolerated in behalf of criminals in uniform), the crime spree of these goons will neither abate nor disappear because of Commissions of inquiry and shallow platitudes of politicos mouthed from time to time. It never has, it never will. If the state has refuses to discipline its police, people will. That the police can get away with so much crime makes India look a colony of the Brown Babus. The India police and the bureaucracy were never trained to be servants, but masters, of people. It is this that has made crimes soar, corruption rampant in India Shining.
