The people here are generally very friendly, so there is really no reason not to be enjoying life !
Generally the people are really quite friendly. They are not afriad to say hello, wish to be friends, or indeed help you out in a sticky situation.
Lol yesterday at the train station in jungangno was one experience of this for me. I was trying to put my bag into an electronic locker and had to give my thumb print to ID. but yep of course it didnt want to print my thumb ! Perhaps the machine senses there were 5 other " Daeguns " there trying to help me do it so it gave in lol !

we got there in the end.
Daegu people generally do work hard, and they like to play a little too.
And not to be sexist but the women here........OOH ! !!!!
Its like you are at a model show some of the time !

Any way, there are also a fair smattering of foreigners around here too. There are 3 big US bases here and I really must say that the lads are quite well behaved, unlike their Seoul counterparts.
There is also a lot of people from other asian countries here too. You will see chinese, Pinay, indian, sri lankan but to name a few.
Generally, its one big happy family !
