Breathing & Lymph

  In this issue,  we discuss the benefit of breathing. Breathing you say? We all breath otherwise we are dead. Well this is partially true. Shallow breathing will lead to all sorts of health issues as well as mental issues. Shallow breathing is one attribute to any one who is clinically depressed. For some depressed people a cure is as simple as smiling more often, actually smiling a lot and strong deep breathing. If you have someone that is depressed they will always seem to have a hunched over look, looking down at the floor, shoulders rolled forward and shallow breathing.
   Depression is more complicated then we make it seem and we have deep feelings with anyone with this type of condition or any medical condition, but all our research goes back to the basics of life, proper nutrition, balanced minerals and vitamins, plenty of pure water and yes breathing!
  During lab testing, cells that are deprived of oxygen at normal levels soon showed to become malignant or cancerous. So breathing less or not full deep cleansing breathes undoubtedly would lead to some serious health issues. Ask anyone who has emphysema, not only do they have this disease; they soon develop a whole array of other diseases.
  Studies have shown that when the body is deprived of oxygen it will loose its ability to fight of toxic build up in the lymph system. Your lymphatic system is the system that is in charge of cleansing your system. It is basically the sewer system of the body. You have about 4 times as much lymph fluid as you do blood! So how does this system work?
 The lymph system is like a pump that moves lymph fluid around your system (water in the plumbing system of your house. Rinsing things down the sink or flushing waste down the toilet for example) lymph fluid is full of white blood cells that help destroy any bacteria or germs that may be floating around in the lymph fluid. The pump for the lymph system is actually the muscles and the act of breathing, deep breathing. When your muscles contract, the squeeze the lymph fluid in and out. This help to circulate the fluid and get excess waste out of the muscles. Breathing is the main mechanism for really getting the lymph fluid moving. That is why cardiovascular exercise like walking or jogging is an excellent way to keep this fluid moving in the system. When you exercise the lymph fluid really gets moving and eliminates waste from all the system, helping waste to get to the liver and kidneys for processing out of your system.
  People who do not exercise will almost often be very sluggish, tired all the time, full of mucus (coughing, clearing their throat and nose often) Often overweight. This is due to the inactive lymph fluid in the system. The fluid becomes overloaded and very thick and sluggish. People with different types of cancer sometimes in later stages will develop lymph node cancer. This is due to the lymph fluid becoming basically and acid. What we have learned is that where there is acid, there is disease. The stronger the acid presence the worse the disease. Proper lymph process will help to maintain perfect body balance between systems.
 Exercise is important to keep the lymph system healthy. Excessive exercising is not good due to the fact of excess tissue breaking down and more lactic acid build up; too much exercise can actually be self defeating to a healthy lymph system.
 Breathing as show or more importantly deep breathing will keep this system healthy. We suggest 3 times per day (morning, afternoon and night) take 10 deep breaths through your nose, deep as in you fill your whole chest with air, hold it for a 4 count (1,2,3,4 though you may need to build up to this in the beginning) the push all the air out completely through your mouth. Do this 10 times in a row, at a normal pace this is not a race! Try this for 10 days, 3 times per day and not only will you feel great and full of energy the added benefit is when you release toxins from you body, you will lose weight! When you breathe oxygen will actually neutralize some simple acids! Thus causing even more weight loss!!
  Yes, something as simple as deep breathing will help you lose weight! Everyone has to breath, if your going to do something anyway, turn it into something fun, something that will greatly benefit you!
  Cancer patients are usually victims to 2 major things. 1. An acid environment in their systems (usually with a pH below 6.9) and being deprived of oxygen. If you asked a cancer patient to take a nice deep breath, most could not do it, they would probably gasp for air more than anything as well as probably start coughing from the excess mucus built up in their systems. We are not saying we have the cure to cancer, but isn??™t nice to know it can be prevented with something as simple as breathing and acid reduction?
