Although it might seem that citrus fruits would have an acidifying effect on the body,
the citric acid they contain actually has an alkalinizing effect in the system.
Though, you should not drink in quanity their jucies. Drinking a full 16oz glass
 of orange juice would be like eating 8 oranges! Some common sense should be exercised.
Juicying is great for the body, but not all from the same source and should no be
in excess of 8oz of fresh squeezed jucies per day.
