Farming Expired Listings Newsletter; May 15, 2008

Hi Subscriber.

I was all set to write and wish you and yours a Happy
Mother's Day when my computer crashed. Didn't realize
just how addicted I am to internet marketing until I was
shut down for a week or so.

Anyhow, I hope you had a great day and that things are
going well for you.

Also, I discovered after mailing you last month that you
didn't receive the gift marketing book that I wanted you to
have because it was too large to send as an attachment.

So, here's a link to it. Read and or download it at your
convenience.

Plus, I've got three articles for you today.

The first one has to do with Real Estate Flyers. If you are
looking for creative, inexpensive ways to generate more
leads it's worth reading.

The market is slow, but that doesn't mean you have to be.
Read it here...

The second article is about Real Estate Letters. I have
hundreds of letters in my collection, and when I need a
particular one all I have to do is look for it on my computer.

Despite the fact that people receive junk mail faster than
they can throw it away they still like receiving helpful,
informative, useful information. Read more here...

Finally, if you have a website you might want to consider
monetizing it. Maybe with Google ads, or even charging
visitors for buyer and seller marketing reports.

Who says you have to give everything away to attract leads?
You can read more here...

Well, that's it for now. See you on or about June 1, 2008
with another newsletter. Meanwhile, please feel free to call
anytime about anything.

Sincerely,
Lanard Perry
