Featured Article: Real Estate Agent Introduction Letters

Looking for a good Real Estate Agent Introduction Letter?  If Google listings are an indicator  lots of other agents are, too!  Still, Real Estate Agent Introduction Letters are abundant, easily found on the Internet and relatively inexpensive. 

That's the good news!  But now for the bad!  The same real estate marketing letters that you find on the Internet are also the exact same ones other agents are finding. 

So, what can you do to make them uniquely yours? 

One way is to buy prewritten letters and marketing reports, then add headings and signature lines to make them shout of you! 

Look at this one as an example.  I spent approximately 10 minutes individualizing it.  Nobody knows that it began as a form letter.  Plus, nobody who bought the same letters I did will end up with a finished product exactly like mine.    

This process can clearly set you apart from your competitors! 

What's the value of unique, non-duplicated letters that start out as mass produced ones?  Priceless! 

Why Use Prewritten Letters
Prewritten letters and real estate marketing reports are ideal for accelerating your marketing activities.  I'd rather take one hour and reformat a prewritten letter and mail it to hundreds of prospects verses 2 hours pounding out an original letter only to mail it to a few prospects. 

Prewritten letters can be used for email messages, email attachments, and snail mail letters.  They're easily adaptable to a multitude of uses, and can quickly be off your desk and in the outgoing mail. 

Most agents are pressed for time, speed and efficiency and prewritten letters addresses all those needs. 

Time and Speed -- in 10 minutes you can adapt a prewritten letter to a one specific to you.  And in another 15 -- 20 minutes you can mass produce it tens to hundreds of times to promote you and your real estate services.  Just think of all the leads and prospects you can generate with one little letter that you were able to dash out in a matter of minutes! 

Efficiency -- since you can write and mail so many letters in a matter of minutes it leaves you more time for other, and perhaps, more important tasks. Perhaps you'll make more phone calls with the time you save, or preview the new listings that just came on the market in your farm area.  Whatever you do is a direct reflection of having used prewritten letters. 

Although one Real Estate Agent Introduction Letter may start out like thousands of others, you should take a few minutes to personalize yours so that folk receiving them will have at least one that is refreshingly different...yours!
