Fixing A Wobbly Picture Frame
==========================================
Remove the paper backing from the frame, then pull out the
brads with pliers.  Life out the cardboard backing, mounting
board, picture, mat and glass.  Separate the weak corner (or
corners) and remove the nails.  Remove old glue with a vinegar
solution.  Refill nail holes with plastic wood; let dry.  Apply yellow
glue to the ends of both pieces of molding, then put them in a
right-angle clamp.  While the glue is wet, tape veneer brads into
both moldings.

Avoid Hanging Pictures In Direct Sunlight
==========================================
Avoid hanging pictures, particularly oil paintings, in direct sunlight
or near heat sources.  Because water colors and photographs
can't be cleaned, they should be framed so that they remain
dust-fr*ee.  Cover the face with glass and the entire back of
the frame with brown paper.  Use a narrow mat to prevent the
glass from touching the picture.  Glass-covered photos, prints,
and paintings should be cleaned very carefully, especially if they
are valuable.  Any cleaning solution that drips behind the glass
could cause permanent damage.

Note:  You can also create your own picture frame and add
sequences, jewels, and other precise stones to each corner
of the frame.  Let your imagination go wild.
