Welcome back to another Weekly Dish. While we don't have another new band for you, we do have some awesome tours and sales to announce. As if the Fueled By Ramen & Friends Tour wasn't enough, we're putting together another FBR tour for the spring. Read on to find out who's gonna be on it. And make sure you check out the contests section to win some prizes that are off the richter!

We've also added a new section for music picks from the FBR staff. Kyle is kicking things off with the tunes he'll be cranking this week at FBR HQ.

So this week we are gonna start something new, I had the bright idea that you guys may want to know what we at the office might be listening to these days, and who knows, we may start recruiting some of our bands in the upcoming weeks as well. This week, seeing that it is the week of Valentines Day, I thought I might let you in on a few bands that get my heart pumping, that should be the first clue that this is going to be a list of all bands that are fronted by the female gender, so without any further delay, here we go...

	I hadn't heard this band until last week actually, I got one of those super annoying mass emails (err... Maybe I should reword that seeing that this is one of those really annoying mass emails)... So last week I got an email telling me about this band's amazing new Media Plater and decided to check it out. Come to find out these three sisters along with their brother and another friend, can write some tunes. If you don't take my word for it maybe you will see them play a few tunes on tour with New Found Glory and Reggie and the Full Effect.
	Yesterday marked a very special day for many of us, well today marks a very special day for Cruiserweight as it is the day that their debut full-length finally comes out. I have been good friends with this band for quite some time now and can't wait to get my hands on a copy of it (and by the time you read this I will probably already have it). If you haven't heard it they have four songs that you can listen to on their website, check them out at cruiserweight.com
	Vinnie actually got me turned onto this group of Canadian - slash - British - slash - Americans. Their story is quite interesting but I won't get into it here, you should find out for yourself at ilovemetric.com The perfect blend of synth, pop, and rock, it is sure to get you shakin' your groove thang.
	Although this is not their most current release, it is their most current full length. I have not gotten a copy of their newest EP yet, but may be grabbing a copy of that while I am at the store today to get the Cruiserweight record. If you looked up Mates of State in the dictionary it would probably read something along the lines of "overly cute couple that makes me sick with how happy they look together while making beautiful music on stage together". Although the two only use drums and keyboards to build the foundation of their songs, the real magic of the group is their ability to harmonize, and play off of each other lyricly. PUNCHLINE

Punchline is on tour now with Hidden In Plain View and Hellogoodbye. The few remaining dates on this tour are below. While they were out in California, Punchline shot a video for the song 'Battlescars' with Jonathan "J-Lo" London. J-Lo is working night and day without sleep to finish the video and get it online for you all of you to see.
