progress made developing the Company's "business-to-business"
platform. As of Wednesday, December 3, 2003 the following lending agreements are
in place or in process. The lending agreements in place are starting to produce
business now. The lending agreements in process are expected to be finalized
during the first quarter 2004 and begin contributing revenue shortly thereafter.

Florida - Miami FSB - lending agreement in place.
Montana - FCCU - lending agreement in place.

Lahiji expects L.J. International, a
Chinese jewelry manufacturer to do well over the short term. The company sells
jewelry under the Lorenzo brand and has agreements with television retailer QVC.
It's also believed to have inked a supplier contract with Wal Mart Stores,
Lahiji said. L.J. International is "exceeding expectations," he added.
