Diversified Industries, Inc. Announces Three New Contracts Totaling $4 Million
Reported receiving
three new orders for its modular buildings from three different California
school districts, one in a Southern county, the other two in the North, totaling
in value in excess of $4 million.
Mr. Hamilton
emphasized that the recent contract it won with a Southern California School
District which has "piggyback rights" that allows Global Diversified
to sell its Aurora products to school districts throughout the state at a fixed
price, avoiding the lengthy public bidding process, is paying dividends for the
Company. "With the significant needs of the California educational
community, combined with funding that is becoming available, we are in the right
place at the perfect time with a very popular product," Global Diversified
Industries CEO said.

Net
earnings for the third quarter of 2006 were $8.7 million, or $0.36 per share
diluted, compared to a loss of $3.6 million, or $0.16 loss per share diluted in
the third quarter of 2005.
Net sales
for the third quarter of 2006 increased to $307.6 million, compared to $278.1
million in the prior year quarter. The company paid a quarterly dividend at the
existing rate of $0.125 per share.

financial highlights included: Consolidated revenues of $161.7 million, compared
to $137.4 million for the third quarter 2005. Adjusted EBITDA of $22.5 million,
compared to $19.6 million for the third quarter 2005.
Operating income of $13.1
million, compared to $12.6 million for the third quarter 2005. Net income of
$10.4 million, or $0.26 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income for
the third quarter 2005 of $8.9 million, or $0.23 per share.
