Sirenza Mircodevices (SMDI) is a supplier of radio frequency (RF) components. Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, with operations in China, Germany, and the U.S., Sirenza Microdevices and its subsidiary, Premier Devices, design and develop RF components for the commercial  communications, consumer, and aerospace and defense equipment markets.

The company's products receive and transmit voice and data signals in mobile wireless communications networks, and in other wireless and wireline applications. Its RF components are used in various applications, including mobile wireless infrastructure networks, wireless local area networks, fixed wireless networks, and broadband wireline applications. The company offers a line of products that range from single-function components to integrated circuits (ICs), and multi-chip modules (MCM).

Sirenza's integrated circuit (IC), multi-chip module (MCM) and passive product lines include amplifiers, power amplifiers, cable TV amplifiers, circulators, isolators, mixers, splitters, transformers, couplers, modulators, demodulators, transceivers, tuners, discrete devices, signal source components, government and military specified components, and antennae and receivers for satellite radio.

The company's MCM product line includes power amplifier modules, active antenna products, voltage controlled oscillators, phase-locked loops, coaxial resonator oscillators, active mixers, hybrid amplifiers, power doublers, and optical receivers, which are primarily used in cable television (CATV) and wireless infrastructure applications to generate and control RF signals. Sirenza also offers passive components, including splitters, couplers, mixers, transformers, isolators, and circulators. In addition, it supplies amplifier and signal conditioning sub-assemblies to selected original equipment manufacturer in the wireless infrastructure, fiber optic, and CATV infrastructure markets.

JAKKS Pacific's seasonal/outdoor products include toys and leisure products comprising Go Fly A Kite, Air Creations, and other kites; Funnoodle pool toys; The Storm water guns, and Fly Wheels XPV and Flight vehicles; and junior sports consisting of Gaksplat and The Storm. Its pet products comprise toys, treats, beds, clothing, and accessories. JAKKS Pacific sells its products directly and through independent sales representatives to the department, office supply, club, toy specialty, and toy and mass-market retail chain stores, as well as to the drug and grocery store chains, and wholesalers.
