 Since our last update, ShotPak (SHTP) has announced an agreement with a Major Mexican Distributor who distributes products into large retail chains such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and Costco. Announced that BPNC will  perform all of ShotPak's private label packaging along with introducing ShotPak products into their distribution network, which covers 13 states. Press Release: ShotPak (SHTP) Signs Agreement With Major Mexican Distributor

The agreement calls for PROMOCION Y AVANCE S.A. DE C.V. to distribute ShotPaks STR8UP line of products into major chains throughout Mexico and support sell-through via major marketing campaigns. PROMOCION Y AVANCE S.A. DE C.V. distributes products into large retail chains in Mexico such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Calimax, Gigante, and Costco as well as the individually owned retail stores.

The agreement allows for BPNC to package ShotPak's STR8UP line of products using ShotPak's patented bottle shaped plastic packet. BPNC will also perform all of ShotPak's private label packaging along with introducing ShotPak products into their distribution network, which covers 13 states.
