Talk Recovery Directors Execute Lock-Up Agreements
Announced that all of its directors have
entered into voluntary lock-up agreements for their personally owned and
controlled LKRV shares, effective through March 31, 2008. This represents
over 36% of the outstanding LKRV shares.
Each agreement states that the owner of
the shares may not "offer, sell, contract to sell, transfer, assign,
contract to assign, gift, grant any option, warrant to purchase, or right to
acquire; announce the intention to sell, pledge, exchange, contract to
exchange, or otherwise dispose or contract to dispose of any of the Shares
on the open market or in a transaction or series of transactions which will
result in the Shares being available for sale on the open market."

AeroAstro Business Unit Receives $2.1 Million in New Contracts
Announced that its
AeroAstro business unit was awarded contracts for two significant types of
communication equipment. AeroAstro received a Phase II contract to continue
development of a reconfigurable Digital Extra-Vehicular Activity Radio (DEVAR)
in support of NASA's Exploration Initiative. This effort, funded through the
NASA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, builds on the
successful efforts of an earlier Phase I NASA award. AeroAstro teamed with
Virginia Polytechnic Institute's Mobile Phone Radio Group, which will
continue to work on the project. AeroAstro was also awarded a $1.2 million
contract by a U.S. government agency for advanced communications
technologies.
