Global Diversified Industries, Inc. focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market, is pleased to report that both of their wholly owned subsidiaries Global Modular, Inc. and MBS Construction, Inc. have secured contracts with two California school districts with a combined value over $500,000.

Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Chairman and CEO, Phil Hamilton states, "We are pleased to have been awarded these high profile projects especially considering the stringent competition we were up against." Hamilton said, officials from the awarding school districts toured Global Modular, Inc. manufacturing plant in Chowchilla, CA on several occasions and were impressed with our resources and manufacturing capabilities. Hamilton adds, these orders are significant to us since one is located in our backyard. The other school district is located in the Bay area involving a custom designed building, which will aesthetically blend-in with their existing conventional type construction campus. Hamilton said, it appears our name and positive reputation is spreading and we look forward to serving many other school districts throughout the state as we continue to prosper.
