Liberty Star Gold Corp. announces that airborne
geophysics has commenced and is near completion. The survey consists of a very
detailed airborne magnetic study of the Big Chunk Caldera. This is the same
volcanic area which hosts the Northern Dynasty Pebble Deposit and Liberty Star
Gold Corp.'s previously disclosed Alaskan mineral claims. The Liberty Star
claims cover 75% of that caldera. Four significant magnetic anomalies have been
identified to date, all of which will be followed up during the upcoming field
season.

at 11:00AM. In a prior press release the Company gave guidance for the fourth
quarter of 2003 with projected revenue between $16.5 million and $17.5 million.
This would be an increase of between 21% and 29% over the $13.6 million in sales
reported for the fourth quarter of 2002. The latest fourth-quarter projection is
20% to 28% above the original guidance provided on October 8, 2003. For the full
year 2003, LJI estimates revenue of $56.2 million to $57.2 million, an increase
of 22% to 24% over the $46 million recorded for all of 2002.
