SPSC announced today that has begun full production of advanced medium range air-to-air missile containers, earlier this week the company announced it had agreed to acquire Inland Fabricators in a deal that will increase revenue capacity to $50 million and give the consolidated corporations a workforce of 210 employees. 

The company's stock continues to set 52-Week Highs almost daily and is up 58% since our introduction in early February. 

GDVI announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary has invested in design upgrades to better meet demands and increase offerings. Earlier this week the company announced it has secured contracts valued at over $1 million and is expecting several more contracts to be signed within the next two weeks. GDVI is up over 100% since our introduction.

SPSC announced that they have begun to satisfy the $3.7 million contract for (AMRAAM) missile containers. Dwight Howard, Vice-President Manufacturing stated, "This is a major milestone for our manufacturing division, receiving immediate first-article approval is yet another confirmation of our commitment to quality".

Spectrum's manufacturing division has now delivered over 400 government contracts, on time and without discrepancies.

Spectrum Sciences will look to secure additional (AMRAAM) missile container contracts (from allied nations), when it presents for the first time at the 2004 (AMRAAM) International Users' Conference on May 4th-6th in San Francisco, CA.

Press Release:  Spectrum Sciences Announces Agreement to Acquire Inland Fabricators, LLC

SPSC announced that it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire Inland Fabricators, LLC, a Louisiana-based company engaged in large-scale pipe fabrication for government and private sector companies. The acquisition of Inland Fabricators, an approximate $5 million revenue company will provide Spectrum with revenues and pro-forma earnings. 

With Inland's current revenue run rate of approximately $5 million, Spectrum will essentially double its manufacturing revenue. The benefits and cost savings of the consolidation with Inland are numerous. The resulting corporations revenue-capacity will grow to $50 million, including Inlands 72,000 square foot $30 million revenue-capacity facility. The consolidated companies will have a highly qualified workforce of 210 employees."

The value from the latest group of contracts is over $1 million and includes an excellent mix of product fabrication and site related construction work. Since the original letters of intent were issued, two districts have expanded the scope of work resulting in a 35% increase in contract value over our original proposal.
