Press Release:  Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Modular Division Secures Three New Contracts Worth Over $1.7 Million; Global Modular, Inc. Securing Market Share in Southern California and Bay Area

The new orders consist mainly of custom (permanent-type) structures, which are significantly advanced in architectural and construction criteria beyond the typical relocatable classroom designs. All three contracts include approximately 14 buildings to be fabricated at Global's manufacturing plant in Chowchilla, CA. The projects involve extensive site construction work including concrete, excavating, utilities and demolition tasks. One of the projects in Southern California includes a district administration center incorporating a kitchen, nurse station, multiple restrooms, conference center, lobby and staff offices.

The JVA solely authorizes Savoy to evaluate and select any foreign company wishing to conduct mineral exploration and mining activities in the region controlled by the First Institute under the JVA. It also outlines that the right of first refusal allows Savoy, in partnership with other mineral exploration and mining companies, to give up partial interests in any of the mineral prospects covered by the JVA.
